Brussels Sprouts Subzi

Subzi is an Indian term for green vegetables in a mostly dry curry. My Brussels Sprouts Subzi is a spicy marriage of Brussels Sprouts and Indian spices. Interestingly, eating this dry as a trail snack out of hand is as enjoyable than rehydrating it, if not more. 

Ingredients: *Brussels Sprouts, Ginger, **Turmeric, **Black Cumin, **Mustard Seed, **Cardamom, **Garlic, *Red Onion, Serrano Chili, **Avocado Oil, Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper
